While a little unassuming from the exterior, this home was a gem! Great interior spaces, comfortable. The living room was a perfect place to gather and the kitchen was awesome. We used the backyard each night and really enjoyed the gas fire. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was stocked with everything we needed including a pac n play and plastic utensils for toddlers. The house was very clean and user friendly. They even had coffee and to go cups, the ease of use really stood out, they thought through all the little things a home needs which minimized our runs to the store. There was plenty of space for a large group or family. The view out the back looking at the mountains was a treat to wake up to. It was easy spot to get around town.

This loft was perfect for our week long stay in Spokane! The Airbnb was clean and had all of the necessities. Check-in was very easy to navigate. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Spokane.

Absolutely loved staying at Alyssa’s place. We shared the space with three volleyball families and had every possible item needed through our stay. Kind gestures were noticed throughout the home and the space was very comfortable for all of us. Excellent linens, well stocked extras, and quick / kind replies to any questions. Appreciate the time and care Alyssa and her team put into this home :)

We chose the Flat on 13th for our Valentines Day getaway! The hot tub was a nice way to unwind. We enjoyed the provided card games while relaxing on the very comfortable couch. Rosauers was within walking distance and Alyssa provided all the necessary cooking utensils. We definitely loved the home and would stay again!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here! The bed was super comfy, everything was clean, and it was a beautiful and peaceful get away. I really recommend! It’s super close to manito and downtown so there’s lots around to explore!

The house was very nice. Kitchen was beautiful and stocked well. The basement area was a good area for us to work remotely. I could see the house layout working for two families to reside. The hosts were reachable and communicated well. We had some heat issues, but it was resolved. We would rent this place again.

The house is cozy in a great location. The neighborhood is close to great bakeries and grocery stores which was convenient. The owners were very responsive to questions we had. We will come back again if possible.
