Guests have full, private access to the home and outdoor area. This is a standalone space designed for privacy and relaxation. In addition to the custom code, smart-lock on the front door, There is an outside gate with a lock that can be secured while coming & going. The backyard shares a fence with the Garland Getaway, a 4-bedroom family home which is accessed from the other side of the street. The two units are completely private from one another.
